Replacing Smoke Damaged Ceiling Tiles

When your property has suffered from smoke damage, the walls and ceiling may have soot on them, making it smell and visibly dirty. Sometimes the smell will go away when the soot is cleaned and vacuumed off, but in this case the ceiling tiles remained damaged and had to be replaced. In the first photo you can see each tile is stained to a different color by the smoke, but in the second each of the tiles is bran new, "Like it never even happened."
